Position Overview
Required immediately. This is a full-time position starting as soon as possible. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations. The employee will be primarily responsible for taking direction from the Director of Operations on organizing aircraft and pilots for daily operations and managing resources for future work; co-coordinating Operations with Maintenance and client requirements; maintaining all documentation in adherence to legislation, company policies, and procedures; managing and scheduling the day to day operations and special projects of the Operations Support Centre, including recommendations on hiring and terminations; logistical planning for pilot crew changes and jobs; on-going communication with pilots, base managers, and clients; assisting the Chief Pilot and training department and other duties assigned by the Director of Operations as needed.

This position would be ideal for a low-time pilot but a pilot’s license is not a requirement.

Requirements
• Canadian Citizenship or work permit to lawfully work in Canada
• Valid driver’s license and must be approved to drive a Company Vehicle (must be able to provide a driver’s abstract free of significant infractions, DUI’s and roadside suspensions)
• Aviation Industry Experience required
• Experience working with computers and Microsoft Office Excel and Word and adequate typing skills
• Able to multi-task in a high-demand environment
• Organized
• Demonstrate customer service through past work experience
• Attention to detail required
