Our Fleet

Yellowhead Helicopters operates a large, diverse fleet of aircraft; all of which are maintained to the highest standard by our Transport Canada and Bell-approved Maintenance and Overhaul department. Standard operational equipment such as long-lines, nets, endless straps, drip torches, water buckets, cargo baskets, and fertilizer buckets are always available to help accomplish whatever external load project you need to complete.

We can also install your specialized equipment on our aircraft and with the necessary certificates in place. If your equipment requires certification, we can assist in getting the proper approvals. To help maintain the safety and security of our crews, clients, and equipment, we offer several safety features on our aircraft including engine anti-ice and automatic re-light kits, shoulder restraints for all occupants, TracPlus satellite tracking, built-in Iridium sat phones, ambulance kits, and loud hailers.
