Yellowhead Helicopters is looking for an Operations Assistant to work directly with the Director of Operations in a fast-moving helicopter operation. This is an office-based role with flexible hours, competitive pay, and real responsibility , well-suited to a motivated self-starter at the beginning of their aviation career, or someone with practical VFR helicopter operations experience ready to apply that knowledge on the planning and coordination side. We’re a long-established Canadian helicopter operator with a strong safety culture and a hands-on approach to operations. The right candidate is a thinker, comfortable solving problems, improving processes, and looking at operations from angles others miss. You’ll be trusted, supported, and expected to bring ideas, not just follow checklists.
