Welcome Danny Garcia

Welcome to the team, Danny Garcia…

We are thrilled to announce that Danny Garcia, CPA, C.Mgr, has joined our team as the new Controller and HR Manager at Yellowhead Helicopters.

He brings with him seven years of experience at an engineering firm where he worked his way through every accounting, HR, and administrative function — from data entry, to financial statement preparation, policy creation, and establishing KPIs in his role there as Director of Finance and Administration.

Our HR department has now been aligned under the Finance department in an effort to streamline our organizational structure. Danny’s addition provides that much-needed layer of support between employees and ownership, and also adds capacity within Finance to examine how our department can operate more efficiently — with a particular focus on how Finance interacts with the rest of the company.

The overarching goal of this new role is to increase capacity within Finance to drive efficiency, support the wider organization with better information, and manage HR in a more structured and proactive way.

His experience and insights will undoubtedly contribute to our company’s continued success.

Please join us in giving Danny a warm welcome.  We’re excited to have him on board and look forward to the expertise he brings to our team.
